For wedding vendors on The Knot and WeddingWire. US, UK, Australia and Canada.

Your storefront, rewritten to be booked.

You pay every month for the listing. The description decides whether a couple sends the enquiry or scrolls on. Paste yours and answer 10 questions. We rewrite it from your own words, to the couple, with a different version for each directory and your prices where couples look for them. In 2 days. Nothing invented.

Rewrite my storefrontOne storefront, paste-ready $49
SAMPLE packMade-up vendor, made-up business
“Sample & Co. Photography”: a studio that does not exist, rewritten from a made-up storefront and a made-up form
Before: the first line a couple reads
“Sample & Co. Photography is an award-winning, full-service wedding photography studio serving brides and grooms throughout the Pacific Northwest. With years of experience capturing timeless, magical moments…”
After: the same studio, opening with the couple
“You want to be at your wedding, not posing at it. Sample & Co. photographs relaxed outdoor weddings in the Columbia River Gorge, in Portland and on the Oregon coast, mostly candid, in natural light, with formal photos kept to twenty minutes…”
Change sheet
8 changes, 0 invented
Opener, award-winning removed (not on the form), “brides and grooms” to “couples”, prices added, a second version for WeddingWire, the never-list kept, service area exactly as given
Two directories, two texts
The Knot version 1,007 characters. WeddingWire version 750, different wording. Both directories' guidelines say duplicate text across the two hurts ranking.
What changed, in one line
“customizable packages to fit any budget” (nobody can filter on that) became “eight hours from $3,400, ten hours with a second photographer from $4,600, elopements from $1,200” (what the vendor actually lists).

Sample only. Sample & Co., Casey, the prices, the packages and the towns are invented for this sample; nothing here describes a real vendor. Read the whole sample pack.

How it works

Three steps. Two days.

1

Paste your storefront and answer 10 questions

Your current description, who you most want to book, what you actually do on the day, how you work with couples before it, your packages and starting prices exactly as you list them, your service area, and the facts you are happy to stand behind. Two minutes.

2

We rewrite it from your words

A description written to the couple for The Knot and a different one for WeddingWire, answers to the category questions, a package block with name, starting cost and one feature, and the first reply to an enquiry. Nothing added that you did not tell us.

3

You paste it in

We never log in to your account. You get the pack as PDF and plain text, with a one-page change sheet (what moved and why) and anything we were unsure about as questions. One free round of edits.

Free check, right here

Paste your description. See what a couple sees.

Runs in your browser. Nothing you paste is sent anywhere. It shows the first line, whether you talk to the couple or about yourself, “bride and groom” wording the directories ask you to avoid, claims that need a fact behind them, and whether a price and a service area are in there.

The first line a couple reads

Sample & Co. Photography

Claims that need a fact behind them

What we would change

This is a word count and a word list, not a review of your work. The rewrite on this page is the paid part.

Why now

Proposal season starts in about 42 days.

The Knot calls the stretch from around Thanksgiving to Valentine's Day proposal season: nearly 40 percent of all engagements happen between November and February, and Christmas Day is the most popular day to propose. Thanksgiving is 26 November 2026. Newly engaged couples open the directories in the weeks after. A storefront fixed now is the one they read. (The Knot's own article, read 15 October 2026; linked in the footer.)
